Bob Grewing, Clayton Winge and Rod Zemlicka were winners of the trip promised by Ecusta’s Director of Production, Frank McGibboney, if each of the three shifts met his challenge of a new production goal. Each shift did so, and chose its representative by a drawing of names. The three men were ac companied to Pisgah Forest by Ernie Lord, plant superintendent. Marshall W. Dawson, Jr., oper ations manager of the facility at Rauville, said that a new plant pro duction record was established during the month of the challenge goal. “They really loved their trip to Pisgah Forest, and were impressed by the friendliness of all the people they met,” Dawson said.
